Overview:

Founded in 2019, MetaBet is a SaaS provider that helps publishers unlock new value from their content and sports fans through automated, contextual betting product integrations. From props tiles to interactive bet calculators, the company’s turnkey, marketing automation tools increase engagement and drive revenue for a variety of publishing partners.

MetaBet currently generates over 10M product impressions daily through integrations with over 40 partners across sports media (SB Nation, USA TODAY), sportsbook operators (DraftKings, SI Sportsbook), performance marketers (Catena Media, Gambling.com), betting publishers (Covers, BetQL), and other verticals.

In a given week, your work could span from native iOS and Android development, to PHP and JavaScript-based web development, to Java-based excitement algorithm updates, to upgrading our API infrastructure. We're looking for candidates with experience in at least one of these realms, but more importantly, someone excited to learn more.

Our stack relies on mature tech like Apache, Tomcat, Java, JavaScript, and PHP. We believe in using the simplest technology possible for any task—our products should be cutting-edge, not the tech that supports it.

Qualifications & Experience:

Demonstrable experience building web/mobile sites or apps that have been successfully launched.
A strong desire to drive creative and product decisions for our products and our customers' apps.
An affinity for a dynamic environment, where staying nimble to meet the needs of customers is paramount.
Writing well-documented code AND source code commits doesn't feel like a chore.
